Reporting Alleged Copyright Infringement

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will act expeditiously to review the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the material alleged to be infringing. We may also notify the party who posted the material, where applicable.

Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our Designated Agent that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, mailing address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, the district in which we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notice.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we may, in our discretion, restrict or remove access for users who are the subject of repeated infringement claims.

Misrepresentations

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or was removed by mistake, may be liable for damages.

Third-Party Content

Some property photos, listing data, and other materials displayed on the Site may originate from third parties such as listing services or brokerages and are subject to their own rights and terms. Concerns about such content may be directed to us and will be forwarded as appropriate.
